I love this pre-rinse hose! It’s heavy duty and looks nice, which is great for my commercial kitchen. The hose is flexible and easy to install. The spray valve works well and is comfortable to use, too. I highly recommend this pre-rinse hose.

This is a nice high quality pre-rinse hose and spray nozzle kit with a metal hose and Fawcett adapter included. It is a nice, heavy metal construction that should take some serious use and last a long time. the handle is a standard size and has a sturdy feel to it. The lever is firm but not hard to squeeze and the rubber coating helps with grip. Easily to install on an existing pipe or to a standard tap though I would recommend one of the professional kitchen style extended pipes as this is what these kits are designed for. Overall an excellent quality set that works nicely, looks great and is solidly made. I would recommend it.

For some reason we have a very large 2 commercial type of sink setup in our basement laundry room, it's very useful and has become part of my plant care station setup. The faucet definitely needed upgrading though, and this has turned out to be absolutely perfect! According to my partner installation was very easy (I honestly could have given it a shot after looking at the instructions and watching a couple of youtube videos but he's handy in general so I passed it on), and it looks great installed. The water pressure is fantastic, the grip is comfortable, and the reach makes it so easy to water my plants and clean up the sink after. I'm not sure how much something like this usually costs, but the value has definitely been worth it for my needs, highly recommend!

We have a commercial faucet in our utility sink in the laundry room, mostly because we use it for all kinds of things beyond laundry. It is less a pre-rinse station for us that it is a rinse and clean station for everything from the dog to paint brushes, to rugs. the problem with our faucet was the flex arm was only 24 inches which we though at the time would be plenty. It wasn't, and buying a new faucet just irritated me. At 44 inches, we thought we'd give this replacement hose and nozzle a try. Installation was relatively simple. The only catch for us was the coil spring on our faucet wasn't long enough to hold this new flex hose high enough, so the sprayer would sit in the sink instead of above it. That we had to improvise a bit, as the faucet manufacturer didn't make a longer spring. We picked up a generic spring from Amazon that is working fine. The hose flexes easily and freely, and the additional height (length) is very welcome. We weren't thinking much about the handle grip when we installed it, but we much prefer this one to our old one. It is responsive and comfortable to hold. Spray is good, much wider than our old spray head and less splashy so lots of water gets on and runs off (rather than bouncing off) what we are washing. We've been using it fairly regularly for about a month, and have had no issues with it. The handle does have plastic parts, which we would prefer to be all metal, but so far it is holding up to our usage. It is hard to judge durability after only one month, but we took off one star because of the plastic handle even though the spray head otherwise seems like it should stand up to long usage. There is a warranty of parts, which we haven't used, but is useful if the handle or anything does break in the first year. Really like the extra hose length, now we don't struggle with some of the larger things in the sink.
