Unstuffy nose in under a minute but hard to stop using as nose will become completely blocked after about 10 hours so you will be in a cycle of spraying every ten hours or face the most blocked up stuffy nose ever. I was waking up from sleep unable to breathe at all even had a dream about searching for this stuff.

I feel like I’ve tried everything to relieve my stuffy nose and nothing seems to work. But this actually worked and fast too. I notice a difference in about 10-15mins. No more sleepless nights struggling to breath out of my nose and mouth.It tastes bad when it drips through the sinus passage but beggars can’t be choosers. I’ll take a little temporary bad taste if it means I’ll be able to breathe.

Here's the problem - and why I have not rated this higher. It's advertised as "night", but it's really not that much different then the regular Afrin and may still keep you awake. Oh, it will clear your sinuses quickly and effectively, but unless you think to use this early in the evening- or perhaps right after dinner - you may find that it will still keep you awake. I looked it up on Web Md and it says that it can do that - and suggests using it earlier in the evening.
