Worked perfectly for sealing my smoker lid. The only precaution is to thoroughly clean the surface before applying.

Easy to install and rock solid. I would purchase again. The hardest part is prepping the grill surface before installing. Using acetone helps a lot.

Should have done this sooner
The factory gasket on my BGE had been deteriorating for a while and I kept putting it off. This one installs easily once you clean the surface properly first. The self-adhesive backing holds well and the fit is good. Temperature holds noticeably better now. Two packs gives you enough for both the lid and base with some to spare. Much cheaper than the branded version and works just as well.
