I’ve been using the FOPO 14" laptop screen extender for a few weeks now, and it has absolutely transformed my workflow. As someone who writes documents, codes frequently, and often reviews high-resolution images, this monitor nails all my needs. The resolution is crisp (1920x1200p), and the 16:10 aspect ratio makes a big difference when working on documents or reading long lines of code. Text is sharp, colors are vibrant thanks to the 100% sRGB gamut, and the image detail is excellent—you can really see the difference when viewing high-quality visuals or design files. Setup was surprisingly simple—just one cable connection (USB-C or USB-A with the included driver and cables) and you're good to go. No clutter, no hassle. The included driver USB was a nice touch and made installation quick. The build quality is solid with its metal frame, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide viewing angles and decent field of view (FOV)—I can rotate it as needed without image distortion. Brightness and contrast are good out of the box, but there's also a manual adjustment button if you want more control. Another big plus: it’s lightweight and portable, which is perfect for hybrid work or travel. The carrying case is sturdy and fits easily in my backpack. Overall, if you’re a writer, developer, or designer looking to boost your productivity and want a high-quality, portable display, this is a fantastic choice.

Amazingly convenient! I work a hybrid job and I work from home, in the office, and in the field. At home I had 2 extra monitors to extend my workspace. When I have to travel, I didn't have the luxury of multiple monitors and my productivity suffers as a result. That is until now!!! This screen extender is so awesome! It gives me the benefit of having multiple monitors in a light weight, compact, and very portable set up anywhere I go. It's easily installed and removed as needed if I just need my laptop with out multiple screens. The screen quality is excellent and interfaces well with my laptop.

Cables stopped working after one week of use unable to get replacements

This FOPO 14" Laptop Screen Extender is such a cool concept and would have been perfect for my setup! Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it with my government-issued laptop because it required a software download that wasn’t authorized by my IT department. I tested it briefly on my personal computer, and it worked great — the screens were clear, setup was simple, and the extra displays made multitasking so much easier. If FOPO ever makes a version that doesn’t require a download to function, I’ll be first in line to buy it again! I did return it. :-(

I got this to really update my workspace in my studio! I have seen people using extension screens to increase their productivity and I have to say it really does make a difference. Even though this is meant for laptops, I know it would be much more helpful with my stationary studio desktop PC. Though I can't attach it to my monitor, there is an included stand that props this up on the monitor riser or my desk beside me. I can now keep one monitor dedicated to watching myself record videos as an enlarged Viewfinder screen, one can be dedicated to checking audio levels and the others are for miscellaneous needs. It's great to be able to not have to squeeze a ton of info on one "small" screen anymore and feel like I have breathing room to make adjustments on the fly without creating a sensory overload. The ability to power this by a portable device or directly into an outlet via the included adapter is great, too, giving much more flexibility when needing to keep wires and cords in order when traveling.

The screens work great and flawless, especially for a macbook pro. It is easily connected to your computer and it offers great resolution. However i have 2 troubleshooting information for people who are struggling with connecting to the screens. Make sure that the wires are in the right spot. Look behind the screens because you probably plugged them in the wrong port and/or you did not click them in. I know i did and i was dealing with a black screen up until i checked the wirings a second time. Second tip, always restart the app when you try to use the screens again or otherwise you will only have access to one of the screens. Overall, it is great. Looks great.

If you’re a digital nomad or remote worker like me, this setup is a game changer. It’s an investment in your comfort, efficiency, and overall work experience. *I only wish I’d discovered it sooner!*

I think this monitor setup is just okay, so I gave it three stars, because even though the extra screens look bright and colorful with clear FHD images and a wide viewing angle, the whole thing feels a little harder to use than I hoped, especially when I tried to adjust it for a good position, and the special bracket helped but still felt a bit wobbly for the long term; the rotating modes and easy plug-and-play idea are cool, and switching between different display styles like movie or game mode works fine, but sometimes the menus feel slow and not very friendly, which makes the ease of use only average for me, and while I like that it can connect to many devices, it also has a lot of limits with certain laptops, so I had to double-check everything, which made setup less simple; the soft edges that protect the laptop are nice, and the foldable design makes it easy to pack, but the weight feels a bit heavy to carry around often, so I’m not sure about long-term comfort; the picture quality is good for things like school projects or sharing screens in small group meetings, and the parts in the box are helpful, but for the price I expected something that felt more solid and easier to handle, and even though it works fine once everything is set, the overall durability, value, and smoothness of use feel more average than great for me.
