Vallejo 30 ml Pigments - European Earth

Bought this for painting miniature tanks and as always with Vallejo I found the quality and the value for money to be spot on. There's plenty in the bottle for me to think that I'll never run out and it's really easy to apply whilst giving a really good effect. The colour is perfect as well and when combining with other methods gives a really believable rust effect.

Good neutral pigment. Can be used on its own. Or mixed with another pigment to create tone .

Good product

Calling this a pigment is misleading. It doesn’t say what’s in it but certainly this is not pure pigment, it’s more of a light green powder paint with very little pigment in it. I ordered this as I ran out of my usual green earth from cornelissen which as soon as I dilute with water I can see the colour intensifying and I’m able to create the shade I need. This on the other hand is very light coloured and it’s impossible to get a deeper shade of green earth. If I could give zero stars I would.

just as good as mig or ak pigments, and you get more pigment for less money. bottles are a hard plastic and the lids are child proof medicine style lids. bit unnecessary but its a nice feature if you drop them. ive givent the others vallejo pigments 4 star. just not this shade purely because its a bit of an odd shade its not mud, rust or dust.
