4,5Ho adorato questo libro.E' il primo libro che leggo dell'autrice, nonostante sia il terzo della serie (e voglio recuperare il primo volume che è un age gap e l'ultimo che è un reverse age gap).In questo libro troviamo: marito, moglie ed il migliore amico del marito.Sono sempre stati loro 3, da quando Hunter ha conosciuto la ragazza dei suoi sogni ha sempre tenuto Drake con loro.Nei viaggi, nelle uscite, nei progetti.Sono sempre stati loro 3.Ma non c'è mai, MAI stato nulla oltre l'amicizia fino a quando durante un viaggio in giro per i club, dopo una dimostrazione a cui hanno partecipato Drake e la moglie, Hunter chiede a Drake di andare a letto con lei.Questo scombussola tutti gli equilibri.Drake non ha mai pensato a lei in quel modo.E' la sua migliore amica.Ha pensato fosse bellissima quando la conobbe più di 10 anni prima? Si.Ma nel momento stesso in cui il suo migliore amico posò gli occhi su di lei, lui scartò qualsiasi altro tipo di idea potesse passargli per la testa.Ma questa proposta di Hunter?Cosa vuole dire?Perchè?Drake non può dire di no.Hunter è il suo migliore amico ed i suoi strani discorsi hanno iniziato a mettere la moglie del suo migliore amico in un ottica diversa.Lui la vuole.Ma non vuole solo lei.Vuole anche Hunter.Il suo migliore amico.Ma lui?Lui lo vuole?Hunter è stato cresciuto da un padre molto, molto rigido.Non ha problemi con la sessualità degli altri, soprattutto con quella del suo migliore amico che non ha mai nascosto di essere bisex.Ma suo padre era om*fob*, e l'ha cresciuto in un modo rigido e chiuso.Sebbene come vivano gli altri non gli ha mai creato problemi, la sua di sessualità è sempre stata molto rigida.E' chiaro fin dalle prime pagine come Hunter provi qualcosa per Drake.La sua gelosia quando lo vedeva con altre donne e soprattutto con altri uomini.Ma non è mai stato qualcosa ha cui ha dato, ha voluto dare peso.Non ha mai esplorato quel lato della sua sessualità.Ma la sua richiesta al migliore amico ha decisamente cambiato le carte in tavola.Non solo per la moglie ed il migliore amico.Ma anche per lui.Soprattutto quando non vuole più limitarsi a guardare loro due, ma vuole partecipare.E forse vuole non solo la moglie.L'accettazione di Hunter non sarà semplice.Sarà un lavoro che deve fare su se stesso, superare i limiti imposti dal padre.Degli schemi che non è facile superare, spezzare.Drake mi ha toccato il cuore.Non è facile stare dietro Hunter.Non è facile essere il terzo della coppia.Non è facile sentirsi sbattere in faccia dal proprio migliore amico quanto tu sia una 'tr**a'.Ho capito anche Hunter.E la sua storia non è unica, ma molto più comune di quanto si pensi.Lo scoprire la propria sessualità, il capirla ed accettarla soprattutto.

This book gave me everything I wanted and more. It goes on the list of hottest books I’ve ever read. Sara Cate simply does not miss. She ALWAYS hits the spot. I’m just in awe of the way she writes books high on kink, with a (character driven) plot that sucks you in and characters that nestle into your heart. Sara Cate has the gift, let me tell you that. A series of books about a sex club that feels liberating and never cheap or shameful. Taboo relationships, described beautifully. All three characters have depth and layers. I loved Isabel, Hunter and Drake.Isabel is so sweet and smart, but under that sweet exterior lives a dirty vixen and I was cheering her on the whole time!Hunter is the biggest simp for his wife and he worships her in- and outside the bedroom. He’s not a talker so he deflects instead of communicating but he grows so much in accepting his sexuality and who he is.Drake also has incredible growth. From a playboy to a real partner. He was actually very open and better in communicating his wants and needs, even though his reputation makes other people presume things about him, things he believes as well. But turns out, he has buried feelings for both Hunter and Isabel. God I loved reading about these three people falling in love.This book is filled with ridiculously hot scenes with LOTS of kinks. That’s what I came for but the story is so heartwarming and the dynamic between the characters is perfect. Especially the layers in the characters emotions. Definitely recommend!

I am so in love with all of Sara Cates books in this series, but so far this is my favourite. They are always well written with a good storyline, and I especially enjoyed reading the hot, steamy scenes.

I wanted to give this a 3.5 As always Sara Cate has given us a fun book! This series is one of those reads for me were I'll read it in-between other books I finishit's filled with spice and it scratches the itch for a fast pace spicy read!It goes through some of the struggles of sexuality which was well thought out. Not my favourite in the series so far as I loved eyes on me more I think.Also the ending was meh I don't think it needed to be what it was But overall a sexy read and I enjoyed myself.
