These are a bit larger than the ones you typically find in a hotel, but not so much that they're unwieldy. If size is critical for some reason (say, to fit a tight storage spot), be sure to check the dimensions. Apart from that, once assembled they function just as you'd expect.One minor note during assembly: the straight crosspieces have a square cross-section, and they fit quite tightly into the sleeves in the nylon webbing. As a result, when tightening the screws holding it together, if you rotate a crosspiece in the process, you could end up winding the nylon webbing around the crosspiece, causing the rack to not open all the way.

Missing screws. I had to go buy screws to assemble the second one. The instructions were easy to follow at first, but some key instructions were excluded which resulted in taking it apart and reassembling. Kind of irritating.

These racks need to be assembled but come with all parts and the tool needed to do so. Assembly was not difficult and the directions were easy to follow. It was a little tricky getting the first screw or two started due to having to hold the pieces in place without any support while screwing with the little wrench provided. I just got the first ones started enough to hold the piece in place while I put the others in and then tightened them all, and they all went together easily. I don't know how strong bamboo wood is, so used the provided tool and hand tightened rather than use a power screwdriver. The assembled racks seem plenty sturdy to hold up a full suitcase. They fold for storage. They arrived without any damage. The price is in line with similar products on Amazon.

Having lots of visitors at the cottage, we thought that these luggage stands would be a lovely convenience for our guests, allowing them to properly access their suitcases without having to sit on the floor to rummage around in them. Best of all, with two in the set, there would be adequate storage for a couple rather than just a single person.The units arrived well protected in a heavy cardboard box; each unit is packaged separately. The instructions which accompany the set are well illustrated and very detailed which makes setting up the racks significantly easier. Everything you need is in the box including an Allen wrench for inserting the screws. Assembling the units is best undertaken with two people as holding all the parts steady and in place while screwing them in can be difficult. Assembly for each unit took me about fifteen minutes (working alone); everything was nicely engineered and fit together well.The luggage racks themselves are very impressive. I am not sure if they’re as strong as the metal ones found in hotel rooms but they are much nicer looking and have been able to hold our fully loaded suitcases with no issues. The webbing used to support the luggage is extremely strong. The units have a nice wide base which makes for good stability and the added storage space on the bottom of the rack is extremely handy for storing odds and ends that you don’t want to hide away in your baggage. Like their hotel counterparts, the units fold up nicely and can be easily hidden away in a closet when not in use.We have been extremely pleased with these luggage racks. Constructed of bamboo they seem exceedingly strong and match well with the modern light coloured woods which predominate the furniture at the cottage. At roughly $85 CAD with a 5% discount for the pair, these are very competitively priced and offer good value. Highly recommended.
