This is my first time using a water flosser. It didn't take long to figure out how to use it. It's pretty simple. It feels good and is gentle on my gums. The water basin is a good size. I only have to fill it once to do all my teeth. It's portable so I can take it with me on trips. It feels sturdy in my hands. So far, I've only used the lowest setting. I haven't needed to use the higher settings. Low is powerful enough. The different attachments are super helpful to have and work well. It's not as messy as I thought it would be. I'm thinking of gifting one to each of my family members.

I’m really happy with this water flosser for the price. I needed one because food and debris always get stuck between my teeth and gums, causing pain, and I can’t always get a toothpick in there without making a mess or having to look in a mirror. This has been a game changer. It blasts out the stuck particles effectively and leaves my mouth feeling much cleaner and fresher. It has a slight learning curve figuring out the best pressure and angle, but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy to use. The tank is big enough for a full session without constant refills, the battery lasts a long time, it has a nice, durable desgign and the different pressure modes are useful (I mostly stick to the gentler ones for sensitive gums). The build feels solid for the cost, and the IPX7 waterproof rating makes cleaning it simple. It charges super fast too. Overall, a solid, affordable water flosser that does the job well.

Works great! Instruction manual could improvement, but this is a good product at a very reasonable price. Be sure to let it charge overnight to get the most out of the battery life.

I am super fan of the Onlyone water Flosser and this is 7th one purchased. I bought for my husband, kids and grandkids. My teeth feel cleaner, my breath is fresher longer and food particles don’t get stuck as easily. 1. The tank is large enough to floss the front, back and chewing surface without stopping to add water. The tank attaches easily, I have been known to press the on button while attaching the tank of other brands☹️, cleaning water from the mirror, wall, my face… The Onlyone has the best and easiest tank attachment. 2. I love that additional tips are included. 3. Cleaning care of the flosser is easy. My routine is a rinse in really warm water daily and a mouthwash clean weekly. I have also poured a little mouthwash in the tank while flossing. 4. The charge is really just 3 hours so I can charge in the morning and have a full charge for after lunch cleaning. 5. There are several levels of water pressure and my grandkids started on the lowest and worked their way up to a pressure where they were comfortable. 6. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and have been told I have less tartar and better gum health since using a water flosser. BUY ONLYONE, you will never want to be without it!

The product is well made , affordable and easy to use. The key is following the start guide that comes with the flosser. I especially like the accessories that come with it. The plaque remover nozzle and tongue cleaner nozzle are a nice bonus to have. I do agree with the instructions on starting with the low setting first as it is powerful. Use it a few times to adapt to your needs. Last use the nozzle release button to change the various nozzles. I tried to pull them straight out and that does not work so you don't damage anything. I recommend this easy to use flosser and it's a great price.

This thing works great, but boy can it make a mess in a hurry. Id suggest maybe using it in the shower until you familiarize yourself with it. Also be cautious on which adapter head you use, I used the fine one and i was bleeding in multiple spots. Otherwise the pressure is excellent, I like how there are different adapters for different needs. The water reservoir is a decent size, it could be bigger but that would add more bulk. Can't speak on battery life since ive only been using it a few days, but it has not need to be recharged in that time. This does have a proprietary charging cable not usb c like most things now, so hang on to that cable

Very happy to have purchased this water flosser. It is easy to use and more importantly it does the job.
