Installs easy, looks great, seems to function well on initial review
Just installed it today and drove around for a few hours. Really good fit. Installation took me about 45 minutes. Very straight forward. Materials are all high quality. Finish is good. It either made it quieter or it quieted some of the frequencies that are most obnoxious. It rolls up tight and compact. It doesn't have a lock but when the tail gate is locked you can't open it. I think a real dedicated thief could get through, but it will stop those looking for just an easy target. Overall super happy.

Fit and finish is poor. Follow both the install video and PDF install instructions.
This would be a 1-star, but I do like the Bakflip company and have had other rolling tonneau covers from them. The box was beat up and the rails had damage on both sides. The packaging is poor and needs to have more protection for the rails. Additionally, I had to use a screwdriver to open the T-trail on the tailgate end just to even fit the end cap into it (back to rails being damaged in shipping). No install instructions are provided in the box. There's a card with a QR code that just goes to RealTruck's site...not to the product. You still have to search around to either watch a video or finally find the PDF with the install instructions (which definitely explain some things the video does not). I ended up with leaning rails which resulted in damage to the plastic tailgate cap of my F-150. It took uninstalling and reinstalling the rails a couple of times to get them to clear the tailgate. The metal ends of the rails are extremely sharp and somewhat unfinished. I'm probably going to have to file down (round off) the edges and treat with some flat black paint. I shouldn't have to do this. The plastic caps at the tailgate end of the cover were both significantly scratched and both were cracked. Yes, they provide "spare parts" which are an extra set of plastic caps...great. Shouldn't have to do that...sucks to have to use the "extras" immediately upon installation. Finally...it will install and work somewhat as advertised. Fit is VERY snug - especially at the top of the tailgate. Do your best to avoid the "leaning rails". BTW - the install instructions PDF was the only thing that gave me tips on how to fix the "leaning rails". Install Guide: https://static.thiecommerce.com/assets/production/bak-revolver-x4ts-tonneau-cover-standard-isheet/2e2fe2cf6ddf23da90bb5a86955355de.pdf Including troubleshooting tips here to hope to help the next person so they don't have to go searching for it: TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS Leaning Rails: If the rails are leaning down, have one person stand on the outside of the bed and slightly roll the rails upward while another person slowly snugs the clamps up. If the clamps are tightened too quickly or overtightened, it will cause the rails to lean down. Water Intrusion: Make sure the retaining clamps are tight and properly engaged to the side rails. Check that the bulkhead seal is in place and the cover is resting on it. Make sure that all latches are engaged to the side rails and adjust if needed. Check that the side rails are installed flush with the top of the bed rail. Sticking Latch: The cable could be pinched in or under the cable guide extrusion. Loosen the three screws on the center cable cover (bar), located in the middle of the panel. Slightly lift up on the cable guide extrusion. Pull on both sides of the cable. Wavy Side Seal: The seal may be wavy when removed from the box. Allow ample sunlight for seal to lay flat and relax.

Terrible Customer Service Experience
No complaints with the cover itself, it's nice. However, my customer service experience with Real Truck via email has been truly awful. I've been emailing with "Kevin D" the "Sales Representative" for 88 days so far about a replacement part that was damaged on arrival. I've just been asked the same questions over and over about which part I need with no resolution. I feel like I'm just being stalled until I cease communication and my ticket closes. I will not be purchasing another product from this company.
