I ordered the 5kg Cocopeat block. The weight is mentioned as 5kg on both the Amazon product description page and the product label. But when I weighed it, it only weighs 4.6 - 4.7 kg. From the reviews it looks like this is a recurring issue faced by customers who purchase IFFCO cocopeat. There is also quite a bit of dust that you can find settled at the bottom of the bucket when you soak the cocopeat.
