Solidly Built, I have restless legs and crazy feet pain from neuropathy I am finding this reduces tension in my foot muscles and keeps my leg busy without me tapping with my legs. My feet and knees are happy :)

I've used many types of foot rollers and this is the best design and it keeps each foot in place whilst using it. It gently stimulates the pressure points for health and wellness and massages the muscles and good to assist circulation. Would be excellent present for anyone. I recommend this product 👍

Its sturdy, but light and if i was being really picky i'd prefer it to be slighly longer, but I'm very happy with it. This shape is ideal for my plantar fasciitis and unlike the spiky balls, it's less likely to roll right away from you. Easy to clean.

I purchased this roller 2 days ago for my wife and already she can feel the difference. She has plantar pain so i'm really hoping that this cures it eventually, so far its the best thing thats worked, so fingers crossed. Its sturdy and looks well made. I'm very pleased that i bought it for her.

I use this every evening and its helped with the pain ive been experiencing on the edge of my foot. Good and easy way to massage the bottom of your feet its a good design and fit and well worth it.

Best thing ever for plantar facitis or tired feet. Strong ,just the perfect size for my size 9 or my son's size 11. Works so well to relieve my pain and stretch the arches out. The design is comfortable on a sock foot. It works good for the tired achey calf muscles too.
