Easy to carry, inflate and deflate
This is convenient and the fact that I could inflate/deflate it definitely helped. I was able to clip it to my hand bag in its pouch, without having to carry it around. I've seen so many others where people had to either keep around their necks, or they constantly fell off their bag or hands. It also easily fit inside my backpack.As far as comfort, considering this is my first one, I found it a bit snug around my neck, but managed to adjust it for better rest.

Thin Seams Rip
Bad quality seams ripped shortly after purchase, and I have no use of the pillow. Very sad, because it looked appealing and the pump was nice too. Not recommending.
