Ok, so it's a cheap basic washing machine that'll get the job done for your basic washing needs, however, I find it annoying that you cannot change the temperature manually for any wash, so the quick wash (15 mins) and rapid wash (45 mins) are both 20°c, which isn't ideal. To opt for a 40°c wash the quickest available is 1hr 20mins :-( . Design wise....the top part where the drawer and dial is sticks out like a sore thumb. It states it's a 9kg drum, yet fits considerably less than the 9kg machine I had prior to this. My biggest quarm is that there is no 90°c wash, but this is my fault for not checking first. It cleans ok and the clothes come out smelling fresh and clean and it isn't loud at all, in fact it's quieter than more expensive brands I've had in the past, so I suppose I would recommend for anyone that doesn't mind lengthy or colder washes or someone in a flat that needs a quiet machine.

I paid for installation. The company turned up with no slide to protect the floor and I was very concerned about damage. In fact I could see some damage to my floor after they left but it was minimal and I put up with it. I found this machine loud and clunky but as it wasn’t very expensive I didn’t expect too much. On the second wash the clothes came out very wet. On the third wash the machine would not drain any water. I contacted comfee who told me to manually drain it. I did and as suspected no blockages to the filter and left with a flooded kitchen. I was then told to return it. I contacted Amazon and was advised it was going to be a week before someone would come and collect it. My experience was that there was no feal aftercare. No one sent out to assist me. I had to deal with water everywhere.I ordered another machine elsewhere and had to pay for another installation. This is where I discovered my floor under the machine was torn and water damaged.In fairness, Amazon have said they will reimburse for repairs. They will also give me vouchers (not money back) for installation of my new machine. But the time this has all taken, and the work it’s left me with, the damage and the lack of aftercare have left me wanting to not buy appliances from this company again. Buyer beware! Lesson learned to buy appliances from companies who provide good aftercare, and good delivery/ installation care.Today the machine was finally collected. The driver told me he didn’t want his other parcels to get wet from the machine and stripped all the packing (which I had to source as it had to be returned packed, even though the installers took all the packaging). Thankfully it was taken.

First a negative, The programming dial is very light and easy to turn, what maybe not the best if you got little ones with wondering hands. Now that aside. As one of the cheaper machines on the market you get a lot for your money with its fast 1400rpm spin cloths come out near dry. it also has a lot of program ability as well as weighs washing load to only add water needed for that load. delay function plus much more not advertised. The machine is also pretty quiet, This review is after only two wash's and will update if any problems

Am extremely happy with this washing machine! Works and washes well using different settings. Its incredibly quiet, not too big and not at all small- exactly what I need. The delivery and installation process was quick and professional. I highly recommend it.
