Okay, So you need a good review of this product that is truthful and tells you what you are actually getting. This gummy tastes very nice and has a nice texture and flavouring. However, it is missing its main ingredient, which is creatine. In fact, each gummy only contains less than 2 per cent of the creatine on the label. How do I know this, I have verified this via lab testing and calculated the creatine in my calculations to be less than 1 per cent. The 2 per cent was calculated by a youtuber called James Smith 'creatine gummy scandal'. But creatine can be tested independently too and I found less creatine than YouTuber James Smith. I was suspicious of this supplement when I found that it had little to no gritty consistency when chewing and the slight metallic hint of taste from usual creatine was missing. I have used this brand of creatine for the last 3 months with little to no change in my physique or what I'd usually get from creatine. There's further testing that also made me investigate further that no one else does. That is, each gummy must have around 1250 mg of creatine. This is because a serving is 5000 mg, or 5 g, and the serving size is 4 gummies (kinda a lot of gummies per day too; kind of weird). However, each gummy weighs 6.5 g on a weight scale, so I expect there to be at least 1.25 g, or 1/5of the gummy, to be made up of creatine. But IT'S NOT. Instead, it is a blueberry sweetener mixed in with some pectin and corn syrup with a very small amount of creatine. You can start to taste the creatine when chewing for a while on the gummy, and the reason other reviews say there no horrible taste is, well, because there is no horrible taste from the creatine in the gummy. BECAUSE THESE GUMMIES ARE MISSING CREATINE.

Really helped me staying consistent with taking creatine - they’ve recently changed their packaging and the gummies also have a different texture but still delicious. I don’t like the new packaging though, it’s really difficult to open. Please bring back the old one!

I would love to give this product 5 stars as it is by far and away the most convenient and enjoyable way for me to consume creatine as someone who travels a lot and therefore finds carrying powders around a bit of a pain, they taste great. However the company so far has not done enough to assure me that the creatine levels are as good as they claim, plenty of people cast doubt which erodes my ability to enjoy this product since it leaves me with the nagging thought of "are these actually what they say they are?" the company needs to do more to assure customers that we can trust them and their product or else I'm going to have to go towards capsules or something.

Been using these for a while now. 1 as a treat and 2 to top up my creatine supplement. Will be ordering again. Tastes nice and good value for money.
