Quality is excellent, very effective and hopefully will work magic on my posture

Seems to work for me
This worked alright for me. It certainly pulled me into a better posture, working as well as a higher priced similar item I've had before. So with that, it's decent value. I like that it has a rigid section on the back, and the straps felt comfortable enough.

Was really uncomfortable
The build quality felt quite nice, stitching looked quite sturdy.The adjustable was quite good, it fit okay but it was a little smaller than I thought so it was different to put on and take off.

Not as advertised
Poor quality. Was supposed to be size large/ Extra Large, I am not very big and it was too small and uncomfortable for me.

Upper back support
I have a back problem with slight curvature of the spine. I have a simular product but this one gives better support because of the rigid center along the spine. Thus gives greater support in realigning my posture so reducing the rolling forward of my Rt shoulder. It is comfortable to wear and doesn't look out of place witt my casual attire . It is easy to adjust and ghe traps are comfortable. Material is of good quality and moves easily with your body while still holding yiu in place.

Ideal if you work at a desk
If you spend a lot of your day/life hunched over a computer and/or phone, then you could probably do with this.It is easy to adjust, fits well and is reasonably comfortable.Definitely feels as though it is pulling you up straight.
