UPDATE: Seller reached out to me immediately to apologize for broken unit and to offer a resolution I am more than happy with. I was happily surprised to hear from them and accepted their resolution.Original message: I was so excited to get this and I opened and was so very disappointed because it’s completely broken! The larger end roller was not attached and then I realized it was because one of the arms was broken off. Unfortunately there is now way to put back together. Although it looks like there is a little hole, it’s actually just welded on and very flimsy material. Very disappointed! See photos.

Love this product... It’s used at a spa that I frequent in Plymouth, MA... Mirbeau Spa & Inn. I ordered it after receiving the best facial ever!

I bought this- got it- & it was broke. I meant to return it but then it was to late. The smaller jade end wasn't attatched when it came, I attatched it multiple times and it kept falling off. I tried to attach it with pliers & the metal part snapped. Cheaply made product. Kinda bummed it didn't work out.

I used this jade roller four times and then it broke :( The big jade roller came off the wheel and the gold metal snapped off. I am very sad because I did not get get to enjoy this product and there is no way for me to fix the problem.

When I received the product it was already detached/broken. Not fixible. Very disappointed. 😭😭😭

This product literally fell apart in my hands as I took it out of the package.
