I am so happy to find a natural quick acting glucose source for low blood sugar treatment. These taste amazing and dissolve very quickly. They are about 5 g of sugar per tablet, which is a little bit high for me. I usually only need 2 to 3 g of sugar to treat a low. It would be nice if they made a smaller version that came in a multi pack That could be easily opened and closed. The current packages are a little hard to open when you’re low, especially at night.

These melts taste pretty good. although not so good as to be a tempting snack when I'm hungry. They dissolve quickly in the mouth and raise a low blood glucose quickly. I keep some in my car because they don't appear to be affected by heat or cold.They come 3 chunks to a packet which is too much for me. I only use one chunk at a time. Yeah, yeah, I know what the ADA recommends but we are all individuals and our needs vary. Once I open the packet, the others go stale and the packet leaks dust in my car door bin or pocket. I would love an option to buy these individually packaged.

I love the cherry and the peach mango. The apple is not as good as the powdered version.

Love these, not ridiculously sweet like the glucose tabs you get a the drug store & while yes a tad on the big side they melt fast AND because they’re puree they don’t spike your glucose like those aforementioned drugstore glucose tabs.

These are huge tabs lol. You can only take one in your mouth at a time. They do not just melt away, I had to chew them. It says to take 3 to help raise your blood sugar. They are SUPER sweet. (Like a sweet tart but "worse").They were not what I expected but if you are a diabetic that would like that type of sugar rush, these may be for you. I bought 2 packs and will only use them in a real pinch. They are too expensive to toss.Instead of these, I will use my other go-to methods (shake, juice etc)

I use it for my 2 yr old as the amount we give him is 5g and giving one each time brings it up fast but not pushing it to above 200

I’ve never had a glucose product that tastes good so I didn’t have high expectations. Though I was hopeful. They’re large. So you have to bite them in half. The texture reminded me of the freeze dried ice cream that came out in the 70’s. But stale. Like biting into frozen styrofoam. The flavor, a mix of fruit-fruit purée they called it. Imagine every fruit you can rotting & you still can’t imagine the taste. Puke. It tasted like puke. But it was cheap. So there’s that.

While I don’t care for the flavors, I do appreciate that they are easier to chew than a glucose tablet. I would love it if they used their plain cherry to make these. The cherry powder they offer is DELICIOUS, but I can’t do the powder without mixing it with water. I always end up inhaling it and then chocking to death while I’m in the middle of a low blood sugar. Not ideal. What I’d REALLY like to see is a gel made with the cherry. 99% of glucose gel is orange or strawberry! I am SOoo ready for a change!
