They work quickly.when you feel your sugar is low take one piece it works fast .

Good when low blood sugars hit
These aren’t individually wrapped. 1 or even a 1/2 is normally all I need so I take a small chip clip to close the pack up. They dissolve fast and have a good flavor.

Melt? More like a dust explosion in your mouth.
To be fair, I purchased these as running fuel, not for hypoglycemia emergencies. I realize that an oral product needs to be of a certain texture in an emergency to prevent choking.When these glucose tabs hit your mouth, the outer surface does indeed begin to melt, but then the inside is released as a bomb of dust that instantly desiccates your entire mouth.Perhaps these work great for diabetics. But I would not recommend them as a more convenient way to fuel a marathon.

Tasty and melt in your mouth!
I’ve tried quite a few glucose tabs and gels and these are by far my favorite ones I’ve had! They melt in your mouth, come in packets of 3 and taste so much better than other tablets. The strawberry banana flavor is my favorite but they are all good. Depending on how low I am two or three are the perfect amount to bring my blood sugar back up quick! Definitely recommend!

These things do bring his blood sugar up.But I think they need to redefine the word melt. If you are familiar with the elevator brand these are what you would get.If you put the elevator powder into a mold and made a block. They dissolve, well, if you fill your mouth up with water first and shake it around. But they can be a little difficult to dissolve just by throwing em in. We will purchases again as the taste is not a problem and it gives him alternative methods to help raise his blood sugar when it crashes.

Great taste and love that they dissolve
We love these did middle of the night lows for our diabetic son. They melt super easy so it’s easy to eat and swallow. They taste good and bring his blood sugar right up.
