It’s exactly what I needed to upgrade my setup

Purchased this last summer. The day after it arrived we lost power at our house. I am really happy with the performance of the EcoFlow Delta Pro 3. We were able to plug in the fridge and freezer and some lights. Most of the use so far has been using it for boon docking with our travel trailer. It works great and we can even run our air conditioning for short periods of time. Looking forward to getting another battery to extend the time between charges.

I live in Florida and I believe in being prepared for the worst and hoping for the best. One week before the first hurricane came through last year I had purchased the main Echo Pro 3 battery as an emergency power supply because I live in a condominium community and discovered my gas powered generator was not allowed (so I sold it). I couldn't believe how lucky my timing was because when the hurricane hit the following week my wife and I were perfectly fine. I kept the refrigerator running and didn't lose any food. We cooked with a hot plate and microwave and generally were comfortable while all my neighbors struggled without power. The only problem was the battery would only last 36 to 48 hours depending on what I had hooked up to it and then I would have to take to a friend's house who still had power and recharge it. I wanted more power so I just purchased this matching unit of the Echo Flow Pro 3 which basically doubles the amount of power I have in case of a power outage. Whether I ever used it or not, the amount of comfort it provides just knowing I have it at my disposal is tremendous. However, as I stated earlier I live in Florida and I will probably get a chance to use it sooner than later. I really like my Echo Flow Pro 3. Just FYI....the pictures show the auxiliary unit on top of the main unit.

This was very instrumental when Hurricane Helene came through SC with all its destruction and my power was out for 14 hours and all I had to do was plug my refrigerator into the Ecoflow power station. It was plugged in for 12 hours of the 14hours and I still had 79 per cent of my power. No gas to purchase and it stayed inside the whole lime with no fumes and no noise. How wonderful is that!!!!!

Got the product and plugged it into my Delta Pro 3 and nada. I tried for a week to charge the extra battery and no luck. Called Exoflow and found out I had to have the app to update the firmware. Once I did that it took like 3 hours to fully charge. Only weird thing it will only let me charge to 99%. Other than that waiting to finish my container to plug it in and make sure it all works with the mini split

Work as expected.

If you have any issues with EcoFlow products, they will say they are third-party vendors, and the rules differ. I have had many calls and emails trying to get my refund, and they keep saying we are a third-party vendor, so STFU. Products are great if they work. If you get a bad one and need to return it or get a refund, god help you.

Add ing the Extra battery is simplicity, lift the battery in place and make the connection with the supplied cable, done, your extra battery is installed. With the addition of the Delta Pro 3 (DP3) Extra Battery you find your units Watt Hours doubled from 4096 to 8.2 KWH. In addition you discover a fully integrated battery in that the DP3 manages and balances the two on board batteries during both the charge and discharge phase, switching between the batteries to maintain a balanced charge state. It doesn’t get much easier than this!
