Very useful book on an under-researched subject. I only wish that Scotland was covered more fully.

This is a very interesting, and quite comprehensive, book that should be of use to local historians or anyone with an interest in the origins of their local area. The pages are small, and the typeface is tiny, but apart from that I am very happy with this purchase.
