Great building and base.
This will be the start of a diorama. I found this base at a cheaper price after I received it. It looks to be straight forward build.

Fun and difficult to build! But impressive😁
What I liked about this model are the extra windows, doors, and railings it included. Make cardboard cuttouts to fit inside the walls. Will help in matching up parts. I used a lot of lquid putty and sanded to finish the rough model. I wished it included some clear window material.
