Our grandson has just started using a balance bike so I ordered this Kids Helmet and pads set for him, we are only using the helmet at the moment but it is good to have the pads available. The helmet is a good fit and sits on his head properly, there is plenty of adjustment to make sure it sits correctly. It is a little on the heavier side, that is because of the good all round protection and I think it would be too big for many under 3s. The pads are in a handy drawstring bag and look ideal for young skateboarders. Overall this is a good helmet and pads set and good value at £19.99.

The helmet is solidly built out of hard plastic with holes to help the helmet, with adjustable plastic strap for different sized heads, its comfortable to wear and feels secure.The knee and elbow pads are also plastic with thick padding for comfort and a thick strap to secure them to your arms and knees.These have been worn by a very active 3 year old and they didn't come loose once, there were no complaints about comfort.The only complaint were the gloves, they are very good quality, like the helmet and knee and elbow pads, they fasten with Velcro and there is plenty of it but for our 3 year old the gloves were far too big, these were fine on a 5 year old.While this could fit a 3 to 12 year old, if I had a 10 year old, I would probably buy them one they could grow into their teen years with but for all other age groups, perfect, I cant praise it enough because you get everything you need as one set and its great not just for riding a bike or a scooter but also if your kid likes to climb.

This a complete protection set incorporating helmet, elbow and knee guards, as well as shin guards too.Bearing in mind it's only £20 for everything, the quality is acceptable. The helmet has a hard plastic outer shell, with a hard-foam inner shell. There is some very minor padding, but it doesn't appear to be too comfortable. I'd have liked to have seem some kind of softer inner lining too, but again, this is a very low price point.

This helmet is nice and light, its has an adjuster to change the size of the headband and the chin straps are also fully adjustable. The helmet has a matt finish and come with a set of pads or elbows, knees and wrists which are adjusted with Velcro straps.

This is an excellent quality helmet with sufficient padding on the inside and an adjustable knob at the back. It is advertised for heads measuring between 48-54 cm and is perfect for my 10-year-old son. I can't imagine this helmet being suitable for 3-year-olds, but the knob at the back allows for a lot of adjustment inside the helmet. Please use actual head measurements before deciding to buy it.The padding on the inside is sufficient for comfortable wear. However, there is one problem: there is no chin pad included with this helmet. Some of the pictures provided by the seller show the helmet with a chin pad, but mine did not come with one. Personally, I think this is an issue because you need to tighten the strap under your chin, and you don't want it scratching against the skin.Other than the lack of a chin pad, it is a great helmet. If it weren't for that, I would have rated this helmet 5 stars. If you have a spare chin pad lying around, then I would recommend this product.
