Their customer service is superb.
I had an issue with an order. They were able to quickly get the problem resolved. I read the comment about the foam not expanding. The foam is closed cell foam it's not supposed to expand much, that's kinda the point. The kits themselves are nicely packed and the spray gun seems solid.I have yet to use the product but at least their CS gives me some hope. Will update once the foam is installed.Update Feb 2025: I finally got around to spraying the foam. I did not have issues like other reviewers. All of my cans worked without issue. The gun worked fine. The included fan nozzles ARE terrible. My issues with the spray tip include that the tips are easily split and the spray pattern from most tips is more like two streams. From all the tips included only one (the first one) did a reasonable fan pattern but it quickly got clogged and that's when the splitting issue was found. It wasn't a major issue for me. I just shot the foam without a tip. Spraying without a tip led to inconsistent thicknessThe trick with the curing of one part foam is to make sure that you have a spray bottle handy and mist the surface before and mist the foam after. It mentions the moisture on the can but the grammar is bad. Just google info on one part foam, they are moisture cured.

Not as described at all and does not work.
I bought the product for insulating an old garage that I was converting into a living space and was super excited to spray foam it. Even after storing the product in a climate controlled environment at 70 degrees ( in the recommend temperature) then heating the garage to the optimal application temperature it still started spraying out like silly string. I had made sure to shake the can very well and follow all instructions and it still shot out in two streams making it impossible to use. I then tried to let off the trigger so I could trouble shoot the issue only to find out the gun was broke and stuck where it continued spraying. I feel that this was a complete waste of money and I wish I would have looked at the other reviews. To add to the frustration the spray foam that did get sprayed on started falling down the wall and did not stick at all even though the wall was cleaned and dampened as the instructions say to. Over all I do not recommend this product to anyone trying to insulate an area as it would not work and I completely regret my purchase. Hopefully I am able to get a refund from the seller or Amazon as I essentially just have a 150 dollar paper weight until the trash runs since I wouldn’t even consider giving this product away or selling it due to the quality.

Surface needs to be dust free or it falls off while spraying
Does go very far one kit will only do 8x20 ft at 1.5 inches..

Amazing
The media could not be loaded. Works amazing! The first box got us use to working with the product! We have the hang of it now and it's amazing! We live in the middle ofcorn fields and the wind has been crazy in this old farm house! I think this will do the trick! I am going to keep using it!

Junk sprayer
Gun did not work well, tips would not stay on the gun, this turned into a big mess, had to tear it all out and put conventional insulation in. Waste of money

Solid Disappointment: VISRIE Spray Foam Falls Flat
I had high hopes for VISRIE Spray Foam Insulation, but my experience was a letdown. Out of the 12 cans I purchased, 5 seemed defective. They were the same weight as the others but felt solid inside, with nothing coming out when I tried to use them. It felt like the foam inside had solidified. This issue significantly delayed my project and caused a lot of frustration. I expected better quality control from VISRIE.
