Good quality build, heavy duty, nice design. Easy to install on the side of my house, makes handling my garden hose so much easier. The included spray head is actually quite good and even works well for lower pressure hose lines. Definitely recommend.

I rarely leave feedback. But I’ve been telling everyone how much I love these hose reels! They are a life changer! I love the color combination and quality of construction. I thought the plastic bracket might be a problem but they are actually very sturdy. I added a couple of washers when I screwed them in place just yo make sure the plastic doesn’t crack over time. I get compliments on them any time I have company over. They keep my yard and garden neat and clean. They are so easy to use - even my four year old granddaughter can operate them with ease. They are easy to install - this 60-something woman did it myself. I have one for cleaning the cars, two in the garden (I have a big garden!) and am ordering a fourth one for my chicken coop. Love them and they are a great value for the money! Highly recommend.

So far I'm very satisfied with this product. It works as it should, easy to advance and retract, and I've had zero issues since I installed it. The hose is smaller than your typical garden hose, as it should be to save on weight and make it more manageable. I'm a little concerned about the build quality and how it will hold up over time - but I chose this one because it was affordable and understand that I just need to take care of it for it to last.

The media could not be loaded. The length is great for my 28 foot greenhouse, and I even have extra room to move. We mounted it inside our greenhouse and can pull it out and then retract it back as needed. I’m no longer fumbling with hoses and water spickets because we just leave it on all the time and use it when needed, retract it back and walk away. It could not be any easier. It’s very good value for the money, and it was built very well.
