I never knew salt can have a flavor profile until I bought this. I have no other brand to compare it with, but it greatly enhances the flavor of all my savory recipes. Will stand by this brand. Additionally, Celtic sea salt is beneficial to health, unlike table salt and regular sea salt.

I add this salt to my water for hydration. It tastes so good! I also use it for baking on breads and pretzels and the taste is not comparable to other brands!

Good salt to use in your daily activity in the house in cooking are drinking in your water it helps to keep you hydrated instead of just drinking plain water plus it have vitamins in it.

I have enjoyed using this salt, though it is very coarse. I have ground it up to my liking, but of course that changes the texture drastically. Ok with me--the taste remains the same. Great topper for meats. Perfect salt to massage into rougher greens with EVOO (like dinosaur kale). Very tasty. Recommend!

If you are looking for electrolytes this is for you! It's cheap & will keep you hydrated! Has great health benefits, taste great especially if you add fresh fruit to your drink! Stop sending $40 on Electrolytes when you can buy this! & it will last a lot longer over all you will be saving money!

Je cherchais un sel non raffiné, riche en minéraux, pour remplacer mon sel de table classique et j'ai commandé celui de French Sea Salt Co. Je suis absolument conquis. Goût et Texture : Le goût est bien plus complexe que celui d'un sel de table. La salinité est présente sans être agressive, et on sent de vraies notes minérales qui rehaussent la saveur des aliments. Les cristaux sont grisâtres et légèrement humides, signe de qualité. La texture est croquante à souhait, idéale pour la finition. Utilisation : Je l'utilise principalement en finition : quelques grains sur un steak grillé, une salade de tomates, ou même sur un avocat. Le croquant est incroyable. Je l'ai aussi testé dans ma recette de pain au levain et il enrichit vraiment la saveur de la croûte. Pour une utilisation plus fine (dans une vinaigrette par exemple), je le passe rapidement au mortier. Emballage : Le format de 1/2 lb est parfait pour essayer. Le sachet est solide et se referme. الملح لونه رمادي ومالح جدا يعني ترش قليل منه جدا علي الاكل يكفي فيه كافة المعادن من مغنيسيوم وبوتاسيوم واليود يشبه الملح الصخري في انه صحي هذا الملح يساعد علي ترطيب الجسم فبعضهم اللي ماعنده مشاكل صحيه ضغط وخلافه يحط قليل علي كوب ماء ويشربه لكن بفترات متباعده وبعضهم يحط ذرات تحت اللسان ويمصه المهم الملح ياتي كأنه رطب لكن مفيد جدا وصحي العبوه تجي علي قد كف اليد تقريبا لكنه كافي جدا لان كميه قليله منه تفي بالتمليح
