This will be a choice tea for me!
This tea tastes great and is smooth. A pleasant aftertaste. I feel better and seams calming. Iโm glad im trying this. I drink mine plain, no milk or sugar or honey. Letting the bag soak 5 minutes in steamed hot water. I can get 2 cups from one tea bag, strong enough for me. When I run out Iโll order another bag. This is a good choice, soothing, and calming, no strong, bitter taste.

Be careful drinking too much of this tea could make you constipated.
A friend recommended Guava tea to me to help with my diabetes. I can't say it doesn't work, nor can I say that it helped. And they horrible teast doesn't help! But with honey or lemon it helps!
