This lil scooter can. very sleek and well made. Will do 21 mph, on a full battery, but this will drain it faster also.@ 2nd speed about 13 mph, this will indeed go 20 miles. @ the faster speed you get about half that.

There was nothing that I disliked about this this scooter. The company that made it surely knew what they were doing. The bike is perfect for my age. It is perfect. It is smooth ride. The scooter is well made it will do 21 mph on a flat ground average miles on one charge is between 17-21 miles depending on riding habits. Totally recommend

Purchased to take on our camping trips. It came nearly all put together and was easy to figure out! Love the weight and the sturdiness. Basket is a plus!

I don't like that I received a non functional charger port.I owned for a couple of weeks before I needed to charge. 1st time I plugged in showed green so I never even thought about it not charging. 2nd time it was still green. Anyway I was told to send my Amazon order # to their support addy they sent me in messages between us through Amazon....I was going to get her,water proof pouch and a bike lock! Well my charging port came in and now isinwheel site no longer functional! Hmm interesting. Indian giver anyone. I shouldn't have gone through any of this but I still am. Promises broken so I'm giving minimal ⭐. Don't matter if scooter is ok now. It's that they don't care enough to care for customers. Now upd have retuned but it was gonna cost interest plus shipping...almost $280. Wow talk about intentional from behind!

Easy to use on local roads, easy to store and easy to charge. I like it a lot.

Bought for my wife who previously rode a compact ebike. She finds the iSinwheel U2 much more comfortable, just like riding a regular bike. The front and seat shock absorbers really help and she likes the step through low frame design for mounting and dismounting. The rear rack is very sturdy. I added two bike paniers and it has been an easy ride for her to go shopping, rather than taking the car. Riding around in the city, she finds pedal assist 1 to be usually sufficient, engaging occasionally level 2 when going up an incline. Always peddling, mostly with peddle assist 1, the U2 provided excellent range. So far the bike has been charged only twice, the last time just recently. The bike currently has a full charge with 203 km on the odometer. The one negative comment is that the bike was advertised as having a 500w motor. In reality, iSinwheel clarified that it is a 350w motor with a max output of 500w. Regardless, there's not been any effect on performance, at least not while riding in the city. We have not yet gone outside the city where there are more hills.I had raised the issue of the motor power with iSinwheel as well as an issue with the front wheel rubbing the brake pads. The customer support was very quick to respond, taking time to ask questions and providing detailed responses to resolve.Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Iam very pleased with the U2 ebike purchase; The bike arrived within the projected delivery dates, including a weather delay. The set up was a breese when following the instuction book by the letter. I am 60 yrs old and have mobility issues, the U2 Cruiser ebike with the easy side step mounting and the pedal assist functions have set me free. It is a comfortable ride, my first trip to the YMCA (11km) was 34 minutes with PAS and only used 1 bar of power,and down to 3 bars ( just over half battery)on return of a 23 km total trip. the return trip is a steady incline. I contacted the support to find out a couple of questions on the battery and recieved fast knowledgable answers. This is my first ebike purchase and give Isinwheel.com/.ca U2 Cruiser ebke 5 ***** for price delivery time and customer service responce.

I decided to order the U2 andI was not disappointed! This bike comes partially assembled and was very easy to finish off.==> The bike is light enough to ride as a regular bike without the battery, too! While I was waiting for the battery to finish charging - I took it for a spin. It handles easily, and the upright seating position and comfortable seat are so much better than a 'mountain bike' would have.==> The LED front and rear lighting runs off the main battery and includes a brake light that operates when you use the wheel brakes. It has lightweight fenders front and rear - and also a loud electronic horn for safety.==> I am 5' 11" / 180 lbs - and the bike is just the right sizeHighly recommended!

This e-bike (isinwheel) bike rides super comfortable! Easy to operate the display settings and would recommend this bike as a great way to get around. Really like the drop bar for easy mounting.
