The car racing track works very well. It is bigger than I thought it would be, with the track big enough to comfortably sit in the centre when it's going round.The car is very powerful and the motor is strong. It zooms round the track and is able to go up vertically. My 4 year old can hold the track above his head and the car happily chugs up one side, over his head and down the other. There is lots of ways to build the track to make it interesting.The track is quite stiff to push the pieces together. My 4 year old can pull it apart easily but really struggles to put the pieces back together. My 7 year old also finds it very difficult.The car has a rechargeable battery, which looks like an AA sized battery with a wire coming out the end. It is rechargeable using the provided USB A cable with a clip at the end. The battery is installed behind a plastic panel secured with a screw, which is underneath the changeable car top cover.The car runs out of battery pretty fast. I think we get roughly 20 mins of play before it needs recharging. At this point it is already very very hot too, so it is possibile it is simply too hot. I just let it cool down, then charge it up again. It is quite a faff getting the battery in and out to charge all the time.
