I truly love this RENPHO Eyeris Head & Eye Massager. It relaxes me so much that it makes me sleep like a baby. The only “problem” (if you can call it that!) is that it works too well 😄 — I often fall asleep before the cycle ends and sometimes wake up still wearing it because I didn’t move all night. It’s honestly like being hypnotized. In less than 15 minutes, I’m completely asleep and stay that way until the next morning. The combination of gentle pressure, heat, and massage around the eyes, forehead, temples, and head is incredibly soothing and effective for stress and tension. My husband tried mine and now he can’t fall asleep without his. After that, I had to get another one just for him. Then my daughter tried it… and now she wants one too. It’s become a chain reaction — everyone who tries it ends up wanting their own. The quality is excellent, it feels comfortable, and it truly does what it promises. It’s been amazing for relaxation, headaches, and especially for sleep. I was looking for a way to de-stress and relax after long hours in front of a computer, and this RENPHO Head & Eye Massager has been an absolute dream. I don't get headaches, but my eyes get so tired and I often feel a lot of built-up tension in my temples and the back of my head. This device has completely changed my evening routine for the better. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable it is. It's plush, soft, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to get a perfect, snug fit. As soon as you put it on, it blocks out all the light, which instantly helps you disconnect from the day. The massage itself is fantastic. It’s not just a simple vibration – you can feel the air compression gently squeezing and releasing around your eyes, forehead, and temples. This is a great massager! Pros: pressure is top tier! I use it on high pressure and it feels great perfect for falling asleep in as a side sleeper! I don't feel like the bulk is crazy and can sleep comfortably on my side Silent mode! You can turn on silent mode and it just stops when the time is up instead of the annoying voice that pops in telling you it's over, that used to always wake me up in other models. Timer goes up to 30m. My old one stopped at 15 and I was constantly restarting it because that's about the time it takes me to fall asleep and I would wake up when it finished. the 30m is perfect! Cons: The back of the head massager isn't as cool as it sounds. it doesn't really sit where it's beneficial and it just feels like it pushes on my head without actually massaging. Also has a tendency to slip a little when I'm laying down and will pop off the back of my head. This is a personal preference of mine, but it only massages the temples and forehead (and the back of the head), I prefer it to also massage the sinuses, again, not really a con but worthy of mention. Difficult to clean. My other massager has a more, pleather like material that is easy to wipe with an alcohol wipe, this is cloth. While it's extremely comfortable, I'm not sure how to get it clean as it doesn't even remove.

I love this unit. I purchased one that had a defect and received another one in quick time. I have migraines daily and this really, really helps with them. mine always starts around one of my eyes then rapidly moves around my head. as soon as I feel them coming on, I put this on, set it on high heat and strong massage and this usually stops the migraine or at least limits its progression. You have 15, 20 and 30 minutes settings. I just set mine on 30 and lay back in my recliner and enjoy. I don't think I could live without it now!

Don't expect support to help you warranty-wise. I've been talking with them for over a week now and its like playing a painful game of tag. I can't return it, and support is garbage. It works, till it doesn't. I have constant sinus headaches as it is that time of year so i needed this to work. Your support is such a letdown RENPHO. Edit: 4/24 They sent me a replacement as a form of "Good will". Same issue. Then they tell me it's designed to not massage the face. Just the forehead and temples of the skull. I am out. Support email tag takes days if not weeks. Just avoid. I got their Zen eyeris, it was awesome, till it died. I'm just returning it.

Would have been a 5 star, but heat stopped working after a month. Other than that, I love it and use it every day. They need to work on the heating element so that it lasts longer

This is my 2nd RENPHO eye massager because I loved the first one SO much. This one is an upgrade for me as I passed the other one along to a friend. High quality is what I was expecting and received. It comes with a travel pouch, so you can take it with you. It's highly customizable to what you need each time.

This is such an amazing eye mask !!!! the back of the massager is a game changer and it works extremely well, it’s definitely very comfortable. I highly recommend this very relaxing, very peaceful eye mask.

This mask works great. It helps with my different headaches and has been a lifesaver for my sinitus flair ups. The issue I have is that it starts off with a loud "relaxing" sound where it would be better to start of with none and then turn the volume up or on if you choose. There's nothing worse than having a headache and needing to relax and a noise and voice burst through, then having to press buttons several times, (which doesn't always work straight away), to turn it off. THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. Other than that pet peeve it works great and I highly recommend it.

Frontal lobes stopped working after using 5 times. There is no warranty claim mechanism after return window is closed. Poor after sales service. The product is good until it broke down. Didn’t expect it to become faulty so quickly after paying 400AED

Excelente, sobre todo para mi blefaritis. No tengo que estar con paños calientes. Aparte te masajea, no es una persona, por supuesto per va estupendamente. Y aparte, le puedes acoplar la musica del movil. Cinco estrellas.

Questo massaggiatore e' davvero strepitoso, ogni sera lo accendo e mi dedico un momento tutto mio, in piu' sembra di essere in una Spa , lo straconsiglio per chi come me dopo giornate stressanti vuole staccare la spina. Le emicranie sono diminuite io tra le tre opzioni scelgo quello piu' soft quando la testa non fa male, se inizio con Emicranie piu' frequenti accendo la spia rossa, e quella esercita una pressione piu' potente, il calore che emane e' piacevolissimo, la sera prima di coricarmi lo uso, e la notte dormo che una bellezza!!.

It was functioning well first few weeks but suddenly the forehead massaging has stopped. Seems like a common issue as others have also reported. Is there any solution to this ?
