This is not original LEGO, it’s a compatible building set. Overall, it looks interesting and has many nice small details inside (medical items, accessories, etc.), and my child enjoyed organizing them. However, the building experience was more difficult than usual. My son said it was “problematic, not terrible, but problematic.” The structure feels quite fragile, and he was afraid to move it because it can easily fall apart. Some parts didn’t fit well, especially between the roof and the walls, and he had to use extra pieces from his own collection to make it more stable. You can see this in the video. For the price, I can’t complain too much — the price matches the quality. It’s not awful, but it’s definitely not the level of quality we’re used to with original LEGO. If you’re okay with a more fragile build and some fitting issues, it can still be an interesting set.

This hospital was a great find. My 7 year old loved it.

Creative use of some pieces. As with most off brand blocks some mesh great while others are loose or snug. A few accessories may have been missing due to some of them not having an easy to see purpose. The wrong size wheels came for the wheelchair so it looks more like a recliner than chair. Stickers came off easily and applied with ease. Would recommend more as a decorative item more than toy due to it falling apart in some places easily.

This is NOT Lego branded and it shows. We built the first set (me and my 6 year old) and the ambulance came together pretty well. We were getting along swimmingly and moved on to build the emergency room/hospital. The first time, the building collapsed. Fine. Maybe too much pressure, not enough patience, whatever. Then... the next morning. I heard it. The sound of a billion off-brand building blocks scattering to the floor. My son, bursting into tears that he had broken it again. This continued to happen through the build and has been the single most difficult brick-construction I've ever done. Not to mention several pieces were missing. As it "stands" the building doesnt sit flat. My kid is about to come home (after me spending all day building it AGAIN). We'll see how long it lasts when he goes to play with it. =/ Do yourself a favor and get yourself real Lego. These sets will traumatize you and your whole family.

Not Lego. But works great with Lego. Fully compatible. Fun build with my 6 year old helping me.
