DOES NOT WORK THE STEAM NEVER GOT HOT! I was excited to get this product to clean and sanitize my home. That excitement died on the first use. I followed the directions, but the steam cleaner never got hot enough to steam. I just blew warm water. The product leaked down the handle. It's pure garbage; it is such a waste of time. I have returned the product.

It is not a particular effective steam cleaner. I gave one as a gift for someone who had a mild infestation of bed bugs, who related to me that he no longer sees bed bugs.

I had to return. The black cover broke off. Pre-ordered another one. Very hot steam. Works great. I hope the first one was a fluke that the black cover to turn on and set the steamer broke off right away

I found this steamer to be a great product I needed to steam a bed frame for bugs and with the long nozzle I was able to get in flaps that were created from stapling material and it killed the bugs also steaming mattress I would highly recommend this to anyone

This steamer does not work. I ordered the first machine, followed the instructions, and attempted to use it, but it never produced hot steam. Instead, the machine just sprayed water everywhere. I thought there may have been a defect with the first machine, so I re-ordered it. However, the second machine did the exact same thing. Neither device works.
