fantastic washer, loads of settings and the 14min quick wash is brilliant, was a little worried about the dryer after reading some reviews but i did a load of towels and they were perfectly dry ( took about 2 hours but my old washer dryer took the same time and sometimes i had to dry them twice) delivery and installation was very quick and the 2 guys made sure it all worked before leaving

Looks great, works beautifully, highly recommend!There is a lot of competition for washing machines. This machine is VERY large, no noise, still a perfect size and fit the exact measurements of a very old machine I had. Great timing features 14 minutes wash which is great! Don't let naysayers put you off. I absolutely love it. Not using touch screen yet as need to read manual, but t's a washing machine - who needs a touch screen anyway!

I bought this washer dryer based on the fact it can do quick wash cycles, and the availability at the time of purchase (there were other items I was interested in but they weren't in stock).After a few months of use, I am surprised by how good it has been. The wifi functions, which I didn't really care about, are good in that you could theoretically set your machine to do a wash and dry cycle while you are in another city. Or more usefully, set it to run while you are in bed asleep.The dryer cycle has a standard run time, but then once you put your clothes in it adjusts depending on the size of the load. Surprisingly, the wash cycle does this too. I put on a very small cotton cycle (dying a couple of items with fabric dye) and it adjusted from nearly four hours to 1.5 hours. This is great because it saves water, energy, and your time. I have been drying on low heat most of the time, and it doesn't seem to take too long. Especially compared to hanging clothes on a horse.Overall this machine has given better performance than I expected. I will say there are a couple of caveats. The instruction manual is not amazing, the app is useable but could be better, and the aftersales service from Candy is quite unpleasant, as they have hassled me a lot about buying an extended warranty even though I have buildings and contents insurance. BUT the machine itself is pretty good, and reasonably priced.

We’ve now had this washing 3 weeks and we’re very impressed so far, with the washes that we’ve used especially the quick wash. Still trying to work out the settings for washer/dryer as the instruction book is not that clear to understand.It is quite quiet when the machine is on and I like that you don’t have to wait for ever for the the door to unlock when it’s finished the cycle. The opening space to the machine itself is quite large which I do like, especially when you’ve got an armful of bedding to put in.

As a washing machine it does a decent job and is quite easy to use, but as a dryer it is completely useless, i have tried all the drying programs and not once had dry washing, takes ages to complete a drying cycle and the washing is almost as wet when it comes out as when it went in. Also unless i am doing something wrong, when i tried to set up the wifi function it says the model is no longer supported and the wifi functions will be unavailable

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product less than 3 weeks ago after 3 washes it started leaking from the soap dispenser draw and the dry cycle made the closthes wetter than a wash. The repair man from candy said these machines have a technical fault which causes too much water to be released into the drum. Not one hour after he left my machine starts sounding like it's taking off. I opened the door and the seals torn to shreds. Turns out the concrete blocks inside are also faulty which is why it was making that noise.

I've not had much luck with this washer dryer.. I've only used it for a few weeks and was happy enough with it - ( once you get used to the fact that it steams your clothes rather than drying them) but today it just leaked so much water all over my floor. And when I opened the washing machine the whole thing had been tangled in to my clothes and my washer/dryer are now useless.I was in contact with customer service and they said they would be able to send me links for me to fix it myself through tutorials and just get spare parts myself ?? I've got a 9 month old baby crawling around, I can't risk trying to work out electrics with water myself, even more so for something that's brand new.Definitely not worth the hassle..
