Size and style of product is fine and is perfect for the area it was bought for. Only problem was sent 1 nut and bolt kit with a two chair order and am still waiting delivery of the other kit to come from China. Company has been very helpful throughout and have no problems with this as was not essential had the other chair immediately. Overall am pleased with this order and quality of the chairs.

Reviews seem to vary on how easy this is to assemble. Just done ours, and there are a couple of fiddly bits but nothing major, provided you follow the instruction "screw to tighten the seventy percent" for the first two steps. That leaves enough wiggle room to get everything together, and then you tighten it fully. Simples...Can't speak as to comfort or sturdiness yet.

First of all it looks great on pictures, it took ages to arrive because it is made in china and probbably shipped from china too. As you would expect furniture made in china which is not expensive is not going to be of an amazing quality, but it is usable. Unfortunately it arrived with only 1 set of screws which was enough to assemble 1 chair. We have ordered set of 2 so now we cant asseble the other one. Hopefully it will not take another 2 months to get the remaining screws. Its just an absolute joke that cheap charlie sellers are getting into amazons website with such lack of care to the customers. I would expect these kind of mistakes from alibaba website but not from retailers at amazon. The overal product i would rate 2.5/5 Its not great and its not bad it just average. Value for money, 2/5 im pretty sure i would of been able to find something better value for money here in the UK without waiting for 2 months.

More to look at than use. Very hard seats and quite small. Easy to assemble. Expensive for what it is.

mmmm, very easy to put together, all the pieces were easily identifiable. I didn’t use the instructions! The seat is very firm and the back low, no neck support unless you slouch, smaller than I imagined but it does the job.

It is a lovely chair but was really difficult to put together and one of the bolts would not go in however hard I tried so put a wood screw in instead. Just hope it works.15 months later the foam seat pad has collapsed.

Problem with attaching back as the bottom felt was secure had to take felt of and reattach
