This this is garbage honestly. It has nothing on the bissell crosswave. It is the equivalent of a swiffer when it comes to cleaning, will wipe away light layer of dust but in regards to actually cleaning it has no power. I wanted to like it so bad and kept trying it but now honestly I regret giving it another shot because I'm past the return window and stuck with this virtually useless product. It would be great for someone with low traffic in like an apartment but if you have pets or kids don't bother wasting your money. The fact it's cordless is great, and the head manueverse really easily and nicely. I like that the dump tank catches dog hair and debris and has a spout so you can dump out just the water. But the good things basically end there.. super disappointed because I LOVE shark vacuums, but this product was an epic fail

This is a great vacuum mop that works great. For day to day spills or just general mopping, this is a very convenient low hassle cleaning tool. The only complaint I have is the waste bin is very small and the mop automatically shuts off before it even gets full. So what I ended up doing was taking a piece of tape to cover the top of the sensors so that it stops shutting off on me. This was a total game changer because when it prematurely shuts off thinking the bin is full it can get super frustrating.

I hate washing floors and delegate that job to someone else in the house. But it wasn't getting done and I needed a quick but easy answer. I am a diehard dyson fan but was not going to shell out nearly a $1000 for their version of this. Bought my first Shark and I doubt it will be my last. This thing is incredible! I have 3 dogs including a lab who sheds his entire coat, every day, year round. I had very little confidence that this wet vac was going to be able to handle the hair. While I still vacuum before using this, the hair is never ending, and this vac can get it with ease. I love the smell of the spring clean floor cleaner. We have a large home that is entirely hard floors: tile, LVP, and original hardwoods. It cleans them all fantastically and the dirty water is gross. It is doing a much better job than our spin mop system and the super expensive Norwex system. Love that it's battery! I can do the whole house with charge to spare (3000 sqft of flooring) but the water reservoir is small and has to be refilled 2.5 times to get the whole house done. The dirty water needs to be emptied at each refill, but it's all easy to do so not really a huge issue. Best part is when you're done cleaning the dirty water holder is super easy to empty out and clean for the next time. The vac goes back on it's charger and pressing power sends it into a quick self clean mode. This is particularly handy in my case because it brings all the dog hair off the roller and pushes it to the plastic cover that goes over the roller. I pop that off, clean off the dog hair and I'm done. I did all the floors in my house (3000 sqft) in about 30 minutes. BUY THIS RIGHT NOW.

Yes I give this product 5 stars, even though the brushroll didn't work. I have been buying shark for years, I love them, their products really clean and they are easy to use. Anywhere, when I first got this I was eager to use it, but soon found that it didn't work like it should. I thought about returning it and getting another one, but instead I called shark, we trouble shooter the problem. Long story short, they sent me a brand new upgraded version of this one. This model number is AW261. The one I ended up getting is WD261. I instantly used it and it worked wonders. I'm so excited. Even if this item doesn't work, Shark Customer Service will take care of you.

Is this fictional to use? Yes. Is it easy to empty and clean out? No and it's gross. Don't get me wrong this is great for what it does. Being able to vacuum and mop and the same time is every parents dream. It's fast it's easy and gets the job done. But then comes the emptying and cleaning part. The solids and the liquid do not go into separate compartments they go into one. So having to pour out crumbs that are wet and clumps of hair (I am majorly shedding from postpartum) is just gross. Plus I don't want all those things going down my sink. I like the Shark MopVac better with the replacement pads having a vacuum section and the pad wiping up the solution. The vacuum is light weight and the suction is really good. I just wish they would have deigned it better and differently with two compartments, one for solids and one for the solution.

Use this every day. Works great only draw back is you need to clean bar a lot.

LOVE IT! Here are a few things to know... Pros -Farm house approved! We are a cat, dog, muddy boots from the barn house, this has been a great quick and easy clean after our chaos crew! -Baby quiet! My baby falls asleep to the sound of this vaccum -easy to clean, just add it to the routine! - light and easy to use with one arm! -leaves house smelling amazing and fresh! -love the self cleaning mode! Cons -Minor leaking after use,a quick swipe with a paper towel not a big deal but be mindful - minor streaking not a perfect application on the floor, not enough to impead performance -not designed for large amounts of fur (nor was I expecting that) -Be mindful of things like rocks and small plastic pieces ( scratching the floor) Over all very happy with this product, makes spills, accidents and daily cleaning much easier! I love that the kiddo and animals aren't phased by it and it is easy to take apart for maintenance! This isn't a runaround as fast as you can vaccum, for it to give the best results just walk a little slower. That being said saves much more time than sweeping and mopping, it dries fast and has been kind to my laminate and tile flooring!
