If you have an iPhone like me, it’s not reliable. You can get it to work occasionally.
WiFi only works once in a while. It’s very odd.I have an IPhone XR and have the app installed. You can only use the WiFi box with an iPhone, no direct plug in like you can with android. WiFi box and app only work occasionally.

Doesn't Work
This product doesn't work properly for cleaning or examining. It freezes up, it's blurry, the light does not adjust 6 levels (it's only 1 or the button to adjust doesn't work) and ear cleaning spoon doesn't fix or stay. I'm returning this and hopefully find another product that works :(
