The company have excellent support, the most critical factor for me
I purchased this product and then did not use it for over 12 months - life and all that. When I did, it did not appear to work but as an IT employee, I knew that it was one of the many variables in connecting different technologies via and interface. Long story short, excellent support, they replaced my product with their latest and helped me through 17 interactions until it worked perfectly. I could not recommend their products and support more: 12/10 IMHO!

I cannot get it to work
I bought this quite about a year ago (maybe longer) and to this day cannot get it to work on my laptop and cannot find anything online to support drivers etc.I like to think I am pretty savvy with Tech but I just can’t make this work with any software or programs online.

Does the job, instructions are a bit iffy but found the solution on YouTube

Very happy
Seems ideal for shorter clips, has a tendency to fail the capture if there is a break in the recording so not really ideal for copying entire tapes without intervention. Easy set up with W10 generally very pleased.
