I normally don’t write reviews but thought I give this one a go because of those bad reviews I saw which I don’t think do justice on this product... (Though it looks like this product has been discontinued so my review might be too late...)My feeder has recently broken down actually, after 3 yrs of using. Thus I started browsing for a new one today and realise I actually got a good deal back then, considering all the functionalities that I got from this feeder... Wide camera, 2 way audios, photo taking & video recording, and playing an audio recording calling my cats to come to eat… Personally I think £30+ per year of usage is not too bad...The app does sync but it’s indeed not the most smooth experience to get it connected. But once setting up it’s been pretty good...Just saying...

This product is ABSOLUTELY USLESS. like the previous review it does not sync and does not work. Myself and my partner who are both pretty good with gadgets and tech savvy could not get it to work. The only one good review on this part is left by a “person” who had only ever reviewed 2 items and both are of this same feeder. I find it very suspicious that the only 5 star review and write up starts with the line of “I was worried having read other reviews but this product is great.....” AVOID BUYING and I will be speaking to Amazon about the dodgy 5 star reviewer. Product also feels cheap and flimsy and is made in China. I love products from China but products that actually work.

I was worried having read other reviews but I needn’t have been - this product is fantastic!Sleek design, easy to clean - used for long weekends away when the old battery ‘manual feeder’ could only provide food for two days.Camera has a super wide view so that I can see his fuzzy face chomping away and that way I know that the food has been dispensed.App is super easy to use and set up was a doddle after following the instructions. I’ve never had problems and even if you are out of signal area the dispenser will still deliver the food per the instructions you have programmed via the app.When it is food time and he is near the dispenser, I can hear him, speak to him, take photos and record video. It frels great to be reassured that all is ok whilst i’m away - no more worry.Great product and I really recommend to any cat owner.

It hasn't been even a year of actually using it and a feeder broke down.. such a waste of money... not recommended at all

Dreadful product. The app would not sync , so had to return product .
