Bought to go with machine which was Christmas present. Great book clear instruction and delicious recipes.

This book has so many good ideas ,I've made a couple ,and omg they are so good,also you can you a scoop of slimfast as a way of helping it to thicken, and it also hads sweetness too,I only have a small serving to be honest,you can get lost with ideas,you can also adapt the recipe's.I would 100% recommend.
