I have tried the harder more rigid type of ear plugs and I have also use the moldable wax style, neither work nearly as well as these. Just perfect for swimming. The only issue I have is I keep misplacing them so I am down to only one pair left. I will be ordering again soon.

This product is easy to use and works great with the Tayogo bone conduction headset. They don’t fall out like other ear buds during swimming. It comes with 3 pairs and they are labeled for left and right ear. They also come with a small case so you don’t lose them.

Bone conduction is all about making contact between the headset and your eardrum. These earplugs enable you to do that. That's especially the case when using bluetooth on the headset because you need to angle the headset as high as possible on your skull (holding it in place with your swim goggle straps) so that you are able to maintain bluetooth contact with your phone. I angle the tabs on the earplugs so that they are as close as possible to the headset. Getting a bluetooth signal when you're immersed in water is tricky for any headset and these earplugs are essential.

I use earplugs while swimming with an mp3 conduction headset. I previously used foam plugs which were difficult to fit into place and fell out at least once during a session. This set is a good balance between softness for comfort while still being sufficiently firm to stay in place. I have been using the set for about a month and they have not fallen out once. The silicone also stays clean with minimal maintenance, easily wipes clean. Great upgrade from the squeeze into place cylinder earplugs. Strongly recommend.
