This is a really great vacuum cleaner easy to use. Nice to just grab it and start vacuuming the floor. Certainly would recommend it. I’m a

Great for houses with pets
Have only used for one day, but so far, it feels like a great buy. We upgraded from the A10 to the A20 in the hopes that we would get more power. Although there are cons, I consider this a winner and would recommend happily. Pros: The battery holds up well in ECO mode. We have a 2,000 sqft house with hard floors and few and spaced out furniture and the battery lasts the entire house (we have yet to try the Med or Max settings). The suction is good enough that the floor feels almost like it was mopped when all I did was just vacuum (and this is taking into consideration that we have 2 cats and a dog). Picks up hair like a boss! The LED lights are super bright and good for spotting hair and dirt (when lighting is low). The dust bin is bigger than the A10. The battery is removable. Esthetically speaking, it looks really nice. Low noise in ECO mode. 2 charging options. Hang the entire vacuum with the battery or charge the battery alone. Cons: A bit on the heavy side. I find myself switching arms throughout it's use. Gets tangled up and overheats when used in medium fluff rugs and above (all settings). Although bigger, the dust bin spinning action quickly stops when about a 2x2 inch of hair is collected inside. Not extremely maneuverable (I assume the size has something to do with it). Because the bin is so big, vacuuming under furniture is a bit harder as the bin itself will hit against the floor causing you to go no further even though you may still have vacuum tube available.

Total disappointment
I was so excited to try a Tineco after a friend talked hers up for years. She has an A11 Hero, and I've watched it obliterate piles of glitter on her floor. Unfortunately, I couldn't find that same model for sale new, so I thought I'd go with one of the newer ones. I vacuumed approximately a third of my total carpet area before the battery died. On a completely full charge (overnight, as recommended in the manual) it did a living room, short hallway, and 1.5 bedrooms. During that time, it repeatedly choked up and had to be restarted. I estimate at least one more full charge will be needed to finish my house, probably a little more. The dust container is tiny, and had to be emptied multiple times even in that small area. Which wouldn't be so bad, except that it's designed in such a way that in order to get the opening of the canister below the opening of the trash can (to avoid dumping dust everywhere) you have to either remove the stick and floor piece, or remove the dust bucket itself. Removing the dust bucket is a whole other problem. I found it easiest to do after also removing the battery, creating a whole extra step. Then, there's a little trigger underneath the dust bucket that must be released, leaving you to catch it as it falls. Getting it back on is a nightmare, even after being forced to practice. God forbid you drop the canister during this process, it will roll across your kitchen, spewing dust from the vacuum entry hole at the top. At least the vacuum does work well on tile floor, to clean up that mess. While charging, I've noticed that the adapter gets very hot. Hot to the point that I would not leave it charging unattended. The one good thing I can say is that it was nice on the stairs. The lighter weight and the range of vertical swivel on the head made that chore easy, after I recharged it from the first session. If you have "$200+ vacuum just for your stairs" money, it might be worth it. I don't know anyone in that tax bracket. I got this on sale for roughly $180 after tax, and it will not be staying in my house. I'll use the refund to get a decent corded one that won't need so much babying.

Daily use, super easy to use!
Love this vacuum! Super easy to use, very lightweight and has good suction. I appreciate that there are 3 levels/modes for different floor types. It isn’t too heavy and very easy to get up and down stairs. Durable and I love that it is cordless, just makes it so much easier. Definitely worth the money in my opinion. I vacuum so much more now that I have this. It stores easily and isn’t too bulky. It does seem to lose charge fairly quickly, but if you charge it often it isn’t too bad. Charge speed is OK.

Great cordless vacuum
Works well on hard floor and carpet. I like the attachments for smaller jobs like steps and furniture. Great everyday vacuum! Reasonable price compared to the very expensive Dyson.

Excellent Stick Vacuum for a Decent Price
I've been using this vacuum for a little over a month and I purchased it because our other stick vacuum is Tineco brand and has been running steadily for years with little upkeep/maintenance needed. This newer version has been nice because the suction strength automatically adjusts based on the level of debris or flooring type. The vacuum is easy to empty and holds a lot. One of my favorite features of this vacuum is the ability to remove the battery and charge it. You do not need to take the top of the vacuum apart or use a clunky charger mount to charge the battery.

Wouldn’t buy again
I’ve had this vaccum for a year and don’t think I’d buy another. Pros: Battery is long lasting, the wall mount makes for easy storage and dust tank is easy to empty. Middle of the road: Suction is decent but not the bests Cons- the roller brush started to pop out multiple times while vacuuming. It drives me nuts. Because of this I don’t think this vacuum was worth the money. It’s only been a year and I feel like I need to buy a new one already. Definitely not durable

I purchased this vacuum Dec 2024 and I highly recommend this vacuum! The Dyson knock-offs ones are more comfortable to maneuver, but I don't trust their warranty. The A20 works great on flooring, rugs and carpets that aren't too high pile. I use it in the kitchen everyday, and sometimes to pick up specs of cat litter. I'm stunned at how much my tabby cat sheds. It has a large dustpin, so you don't have to empty it all the time. I haven't monitored the run time, but it's more than enough to clean my main floor 2 or 3 times. I use my big upright Shark vac for longer jobs. I will order an extra battery as backup because they usually become less and less efficient over time.

I recently purchased last January as a gift for myself (busy working mom) this cordless vacuum and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance and convenience. The 60-minute runtime is a game changer,it easily handles a full house clean on a single charge without needing to stop midway. One of my favorite features is the 1L large dustbin, which means fewer trips to empty it, especially helpful for bigger homes or if you have pets. Speaking of pets, the ZeroTangle brush works amazingly well at picking up hair without getting clogged, saving so much time on maintenance. The PureCyclone technology really stands out,it maintains strong suction throughout the entire cleaning session, so there’s no noticeable drop in performance even when the bin starts filling up. It picks up everything from fine dust to larger debris effortlessly. Another small but super useful feature is the LED headlight. It helps spot hidden dirt under furniture and in darker corners that I would normally miss. Overall, this vacuum is lightweight, powerful, and very easy to use. It’s perfect for everyday cleaning and especially great for homes with kids (uncontrolled crumbs) For the price and features, it offers excellent value and performance. Highly recommended!

Incredible. I’ve had dysons in the past and this outshines 100%. I vacuumed a rug that looked clean as I’d recently cleaned it but oh my god…the amount of dirt and dog hair that came out was astonishing. Shocked and amazed
