Got a great pump..I belive it really works

It works
For the money, it's hard to beat, I had to give it 4 stars instead of 5, because it does seem a little narrow lengthwise, for me, and I don't have a large chest. It definitely concentrates on the bicepts though, and that's exactly what it's for.

For someone who is narrow with smaller arms
If you are wide with long arms do not buy . Maybe good for close grip curls with an e-z curl bar.

Not bad
It’s pretty good. It does what the product says. The only uncomfortable part is the clip that helps adjust the length of belt to hang over your shoulder. It gets in the way on my left side. So if you do buy it be mindful of that.
