Exactly as described love it!
Had one of these chimes hanging on our sunroom as a kid and it broke and blew away during a really bad storm one day and we never replaced it. Fast forward like 15 years and we now have one again. 🙂

Too small
The wind chime needs to be a little heavy so that it doesn't ring too often to be annoying. This wind chime is too small and light, so it rings loudly when the wind blows.
