This is such a great hormone supplement...I feel so much better after taking these, however you have to be faithful about taking them. After about 2 weeks, you'll really start to notice a difference. My periods are more pleasant, and I've noticed an increase in energy as well as PMS. If you're going through perimenopause or PCOS, this is a great option!

I can’t speak to the hormonal effects yet, or the pregnancy assistance. The title says 2 month supply with 120 tablets, but it is actually a 30 day supply. Taking 4 capsules a day! Big difference. Esp with taking prenatal and other supplements.

I have struggled for years with irregular periods and I check every box for PCOS. Despite that my OBGYN would never diagnose or treat me for PCOS. I started reading online ways to reduce insulin resistance and things that can help balance my hormones. I started taking this a few months ago and added Primal Queen supplements. Works well reasonable price

I was recommended this supplement by my fertility consultant. Little did I know it would also help with my weight, as I’m now able to manage my sugar cravings much better. I can’t yet comment on its effects on fertility, but it has definitely been life-changing for me. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. Easy to swallow and no flavor or sides effects

This is the first supplement I am taking that i can actually say it makes a difference. I already ordered my second bottle. Although I just started about a week ago so I don't know how effective it is in regards to hormonal impacts but the inflammatory and stress relief impact I can feel it already. Also I have battle with insomnia since childhood I seem to be falling asleep faster these days. Fingers crossed maybe there are other compounding factors. But I do love this supplement.
