I saw the “it ends with us “ movie first, which I loved , then read the book! Ordinarily that’s not the preferred order. But I found the book so much more interesting since I had the vision of the characters already. Now I’m reading “it begins with us!

I was more intrigued with the first book, "It Ends With Us". The second one isn't as good. Plus I think the author tried too hard to turn Lily and Atlas into saints. They are not perfect. She should have included some flaws in book 2. I also felt the story was forced quite a bit. I would not have written the sequel. It falls flat and if Blake forces things and plays Lily in a sequel, the movie is going to bomb. She acted like a little devil when filming, then stole the film out from under the real director, Baldoni. I hope people never forget and punish her if she does a sequel.

I really wanted to get back into reading and this book helped me do that. I wasn’t able to put it down it’s a great read I was able to finish the book in two days. I was hooked on the first book from beginning to end
