I wish the image would have been clearer in night mode

This cute little monitor (display) and camera are perfect for our needs! First, it does just what we wanted - monitoring an 81 year old while sleeping by an 80 year old caregiver. It can be on continuous video mode or noise-activated (VOX) mode. The video is in color during light hours and greyscale using infra-red at night. It has 2-way audio which is like a mini walkie-talkie (controlled by the display unit). Second, although it requires some minimal technical understanding (menus, buttons, etc) we were able to set this up easily. There was a “manual” (8 1/2 x 11 sheet on both sides) with clear instructions. Fortunately the camera and display synced easily. Third, both parts are very portable but they are primarily used in 2 rooms separated by a bathroom and a hallway. Was thankful for the positive reviews of others and was not disappointed. Just wanted to add that it keeps getting better. I have been able to take the monitor into the garage and even outside the house and still able to see him sleeping!

My mother in law with dementia moved in with us 8 days ago. I found myself getting up every time I heard a noise to make sure she was still in bed. It was not a restful week. We ordered this video monitor, it arrived yesterday and was easy to set up. Whenever I heard a noise last night I looked at the screen next to my bed and was able to fall right back to sleep. I could even hear her breathing with the volume turned up. My husband and I have been carrying the monitor around the house in case she tries to get up by herself because she’s a fall risk. It’s small and lightweight and has only used one bar in 7 hours, so I think fully charging it will last all day. The only thing I wish was different was that the camera picked up more of the room, but it’s easy to swivel by hand, depending on if she’s in bed or in her recliner. Great value for the price so far.

Worked a day and a half.. won’t stay paired. Followed directions..just not working at all .Using a Ring camera now. Not as helpful, but trustworthy.
