Perfect for my uses
I wanted to add casters to a free standing voting rack and these for perfectly! I was shocked.

Casters
The stem was really tight screwing in. I think the diameter was just a little bit larger than 15 mm. However I was able to force it in.

Great option to create a mobile cart
Perfect for a 4-tier shelf that I wanted to make mobile! Removed the adjustable, rubber feet it came with and replaced it with these casters - amazing!

Hold Zero Weight
Have no idea what these were made for. Hold zero weight. Put them on small chair. Broke within 5 minutes.

Roll deprived
Pro - fits the intended item perfectly Con - does NOT roll very well; kinda scratches the floor Will probably look for a different option. Not worth returning because of the price/cost.
