I was going to an amusement park and knew I would need an ice pack but couldn't risk walking around without my neck brace right after surgery so this worked great! It is very flexible, not any heavier than any other ice pack, the cover is soft. I don't see how it would leak, it's like a memory foam gel pad not a jelly consistency. It works great, I wish it stayed colder longer but it does stay cold long enough to fulfill the usual recommended time for therapy. It folds up easily it's not large so it's easy to travel with.

My wife struggles with neck pain and used ice packs multiple nights a week but could never get very comfortable while using them. This was a game changer for her and she uses it most nights. It stays cold long enough to relieve some of her pain and it is comfortable enough that she can relax while watching tv. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable ice pack that works very well.

Great for the area. But doesn’t stay hot long enough. A good heating pad with moist towel worked better. But this was more convenient.

I like thus neck wrap very much. It stays soft when freezing cold. I do wish it would stay warm longer.

It doesn't stay cold but for a few minutes but if you get a few of them and just swap them every 5-10 minutes, it works.

At first I thought it was too thin, but used it and liked that it doesnt take up much room in the freezer.It is VERY comfortable and molds to your neck. It stays cold about 20 min. as it is very thin, but does the job. Instant recovery!

I procured two of these so I can swap them out. They fit around my neck and the velcro holds the ice-pack in place so don't have to hold or rest up against something. They are flexible, just as a liquid gel ice-pack is supposed to be.

I need options for hot and cold applications to my neck, and this is perfect for the cold part. Is supercomfortable, fits really well to deal with my neck and upper shoulder pain. And if it's just a hot day and you want some relief, put this on and it will feel great. The velcro could be stronger, but I highly recommend.

This wrap fits my neck perfectly. My neck was so stiff and this wrap was a miracle saver. It is soft and cooling. I am so glad that I bought it!!!!

I love this product it's soft easy to use it gets really cold, only issue doesn't stay cold very long maybe 15 mins but put back in freezer it cools down quickly can use again Or buy two then can switch them up. I love this buy.

This is a great gel ice pack for the neck. It’s adjustable and will easily fit around most necks/shoulders. Maintains its coolness. Good quality and easy to clean. Would recommend.

Be aware that some time it’s too cold! Take it off for a minute or two and apply it again!
