Miracle Noodle (200 g (Pack of 12), Rice)

Surprisingly good for what it is. I like to have mine as a side dish with salt, pepper, chilli etc. Because they stay quite 'wet' even after draining, I wouldn't recommend using them as a replacement in dishes which incorporate rice such as a Biryani.

Works well as a filler product to buld up a meal without added calories, but isnt really like rice, more like tapioca in consistancy, no noticable tast, but I have been using this mixed into a sauce

Just my personal preference, but after reading the nutritional value of the product, I realised that it has none. nothing whatsoever, a small amount of fibre, and that's it.

This is definitely an alternative to rice, rather than something that is identical to rice. It's taste and texture is different, but I managed to find some good recipes where it works well.

some people in the reviews complain about the texture and smell of these noodles all you have to do to prevent that is to wash them with cold water until there’s no more smell and then fry them in a pan for 5 mins on medium heat to get rid of that texture! yes it’s not gonna be like normal noodles but it’s so similar. just be careful because these are just pure fibre so you’ll be on the toilet if u have many servings in a small time!!!

Most people wouldn’t like these because they’re not overly flavourful but if you add a bit of sauce they’re great. They don’t get soft like spaghetti but they fit my purpose. Only 10 calories too.

These are my go-to noodles for pad thai and am thrilled they're available through amazon. I also love it that they don't require refrigeration like some other brands of shirataki noodles.
