GOT AN ISSUE WITH THE PUMP
THE PUMP ISN'T FUNCTIONING AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AND THE TOP PART IS CONTINUALLY BREAKING...

I have just started using it, there are no harsh chemicals in this shampoo and conditioner..and it had the best reviews overall (believe me I checked). The shampoo pump is a little tight, so it doesn't come out easily..which is a good thing I guess, it prevents wastage. I have only used it twice, so I am going to wait before talking about its effectiveness.
