I’m using this for pre-surgery relief and will use it post surgery for swelling. It works very well.

This worked well to ice my broken ankle. It was comfortable & easy to put on.

I can easily put this on once home to help with swelling and it fits amazingly.

I only use regular high quality cold packs in rectangular shape.I tried this ankle one for the first time. It seemed that it was not going to work, but it was fantastic.Very versatile, easy Velcro straps, cold all around my ankle, stayed in place, works on either ankle, easy to freeze, gentle to the skin, no rough edges.Where have these been all my life in sports and outside activities, with plenty of sprains.

Well made. Much more effective than just an ice bag.

So I like the idea of these the only issue is if you have alot of swelling you may have trouble getting the straps to velcro they need to be a couple inches longer to make them able to secure around your ankle comfortably. I have decent size legs in the first place but I bought these cause I just had ankle surgery and wanted something to wasn't as hard as most other ice packs that would actually wrap and conform to the shape of my ankle for better distribution of cold they work well for that. Treat it like ice cream pull out of the freezer wait 5-10 minutes and then wrap it around.

This pack fits & ices ankle perfectly! Highly recommend this product!

It fits nicely but it doesn’t stay cold for more than 15 minutes.
