Came with no instructions on putting together and one side will not roll the bands around the stick for when u want more resistance

Arrived on time.
They arrived when they said they would. So that's a plus. I have not had a chance to use them yet, but they look like they will do the job. I wore out the last set I had, but it took two years of almost daily use. So from what I can see they will be worth the price of admission. However, if after I use them for a bit and they do not measure up, I will post it. Tks Paul send
